Kia ora, we’re Raynor and Hayley, Twelve Conferences + Events.
Many people are asked to organise a conference or event on top of their “day” job or in a voluntary capacity. They often are lacking time, resources and knowledge to efficiently plan and deliver.
That’s where we come in. We’ve been organising conferences and events together over the past 15 years, and it’s what makes us tick.
We help associations, government agencies, corporate businesses and the academic sector throughout Aotearoa to achieve their conference and event vision.

Why Twelve? Our story…
As with many others in the events industry, COVID changed our paths. We decided to create something we are passionate about and gives us purpose, so we completed a course in small business and project management with the goal of starting our own company. It was during an assignment that a typo of the word twelve triggered a connection and Twelve was born.
Why Twelve...first of all we are both born on the twelfth of a month [not the same one!].
The number twelve carries spiritual, mythological and magical symbolism, generally representing perfection, entirety, or cosmic order in traditions since antiquity. Twelve is a symbolic number: It signifies completeness and completion, the integrality of a harmonious unit, the absolute whole, which we thought was pretty cool and aligns with what we do.
Twelve also represents the calendar months and a component of time, both of which are linked to project and event management. Our logo combines both of these elements, with the colours representing the different seasons of a calendar year.
Meet The Team
Raynor Redman
With excellent communication and organisational skills Raynor has been bringing events to life for over 15 years. Raynor loves working with people and ensures that they are at the heart of everything she does. From working with clients to produce and plan, to welcoming attendees at the event, Raynor is there every step of the way.
Raynor has vast experience of the government sector and has produced numerous successful events and conferences for government organisations. With a sharp eye for detail and out of the box thinking Raynor works hard to ensure that her events exceed client expectations and deliver a great experience for attendees.
Part event manager, part spartan, Raynor loves getting to her crossfit gym and smashing a WOD. An organiser by nature, Raynor helps coordinate her kids’ sports teams and at the weekend and you’ll find her on the side lines rain, hail or shine supporting them to be their best.
Hayley Larsen
Making a positive impact in the lives of others has always been a passion of Hayley’s.
With over 15 years of experience in conference and event management, Hayley feels privileged to have impacted thousands of lives in Aotearoa and beyond with the events and experiences that she has been part of.
Hayley is highly skilled in all elements of event production. From initial planning and development of the event including full budgeting and feasibility to developing content that engages and inspires attendees from all sectors. Hayley knows that no detail is too small, and that good communication and organisation are the foundation of great work, to plan for and deliver unbeatable event experiences.
As a keen tennis player, you might find Hayley at her local club, handy with both racquet and keyboard, taking care of business as the club secretary. An outdoor lover, Hayley also enjoys walking the wild Wellington coastline, collecting rubbish to help protect the wildlife and environment.
